Styrian Grand Prix qualifying in doubt as F3 race abandoned just hours before F1 session

The F3 feature race at the Red Bull Ring has been abandoned after Sebastian Fernandes crashed out with a decision to be made on F1's Styrian Grand Prix qualifying.
