NHL leaves Quebec City in the cold — again
The announcement of Seattle officially becoming the NHL's 32 team on Tuesday only Illustrates how far Quebec City is from landing its own franchise — if ever. The best bet now for Quebec City appears to be relocation, although both the NHLPA and the league have hinted at future expansion.
