Legalizing pot in Canada won't change rules for pro leagues — for now

Beginning Wednesday, athletes living in Canada will be able to legally purchase and use cannabis. So could an athlete hypothetically celebrate a victory by sparking up a giant joint? While it might seem unlikely now, some pro leagues could one day evolve to that point.
