Capitals opt for playoff-inexperienced Philipp Grubauer in goal for opener
Philipp Grubauer will start Thursday's Game 1 of the Stanley Cup playoffs for the Washington Capitals against Columbus over Vezina Trophy-winning goalie Braden Holtby. Grubauer started 10 of the final 16 games of the regular season.
