Canada suffers déjà vu in shootout loss to Czechs

While the names changed, the result remained the same. Nearly 20 years after losing in the famed shootout at the 1998 Olympics, Canada suffered the same fate to the same team, losing 3-2 in another agonizing shootout loss to the Czech Republic in Group A action.
