Before Tuesday's 8.45pm CET match between FC Barcelona and Atletico Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals we take a look back at five great moments in clashed between the teams at Camp Nou.
The first rout for Guardiola's Barça at Camp Nou (6-1)
In the sixth game of the 2008/09 season, the Camp Nou crowd enjoyed the first win of a team that would go on to win the treble. On 4 October 2008 Barça scored three goals in the first 10 minutes and were already up 5–1 at the half-hour mark. Messi came close to replicating his Maradonian goal that he had scored on Getafe in the 2007 Copa del Rey.

Messi, Neymar and Suarez scored all three goals in Barca's 3–1 Liga victory last season. Following the third goal from Messi, the historic image was taken of Barça's front three as they celebrated the most famous goal of the team's treble-winning season.
Pure Romario
The great duo of Romario and Stoichkov led Barça's win in a wekk 28 league match at Camp Nou against Atlético Madrid. Barça won 5-3 after falling behind 3-2 as the Brazilian striker scored the first goal of the night after beating Abel Resino with a jaw-dropping chip shot, smoothly lifting the ball from outside the area. Romario completed his hat-trick to tie the game at 3-3 and the go ahead goal at 4-3 with two good shots in the area.
Pizzi culminates a historic comeback (5-4)
Barca won the Copa del Rey in 1997 by beating Betis in the final. Without Pizzi, however, the story would not have been the same. Barça overcame a 4–2 second half deficitin the second leg of the quarter-finals. Pizzi's goal sent Camp Nou into a state of pendemonium.
Cruyff became Flying Dutchman
Johan Cruyff scored one of the most famous goals in his career against Atletico in December 1973. Carles Reixach's cross to Cruyff at the far post forced him to jump to finish with the outside of the foot into the upper corner past Reina, giving Barça a 2–1 win to clinch the league title. The goal gave Cruyff, who passed away a few days ago, the nickname the Flying Dutchman.
