Joe Root set for meeting with England coach Trevor Bayliss over spot in batting order

JOE ROOT says he is happy to stay at No4 in the England Test batting order but admitted he is resigned to a discussion with coach Trevor Bayliss about moving up to fill the gap left by Ian Bell.
