Despite falling behind twice on the scoreboard, Barça B battled back both times and added an enormous point in Sunday's visit the Nova Creu Alta, leaving Sabadell with a 2–2 draw. Superb defence, a stellar performance by goalkeeper Adrià Ortolá and a dash of good luck were some of the keys to the game.
Sabadell got on the board first in minute 22 but when the Catalans got their first shot on goal 14 minutes later they made it count, with Juan Cámara tucking home the rebound to tie the score.
Barça B went behind for the second time in the game when Bruno scored for Sabadell just ten minutes from time, leaviong little time for Barça to claw one back and draw level. But in the 87th minute, Barça B's leading scorer, Aitor cleaned up a rebound on a shot by Gumbau to make it 2–2.
The valuable point keeps the Catalans in the hunt as they try to climb out of the relegation zone. They face Atlètic Balears next weekend.
